Peeling the Onion

PTO is our 12-Step tribes with a spiritual emphasis, which allow you to delve deep into your past to gain healing from past anger, abuse, resentments, shame, guilt, fears, and sexual misconduct that continue to affect your present and future. This is a 6-month commitment with a tribe of either men or women. Mandatory orientation: Attend either Sunday, September 9, 2:20-3:30; or Sunday, September 23, 2:20-3:30 PM.

When: Monday nights, starting September 24 - Ends April 1

Urban Millennials

Living in community. Tribe that eats, prays, serves, and does life together.

Whataburger lunch tribe

this tribe is For those that can’t make it to a tribe in the evening, but still want to be in community with others. Each week we will talk through what was presented at the service on sunday. in addition to great conversation you’ll get great food at whataburger. Each person is expected to provide their own lunch in this tribe.

CityChurch Young Adults positive community young adults 18-26) that meets together weekly to have dinner, discuss scripture, and experience life together. If you are a young adult, looking for an awesome community of people, this is the tribe for you!

Women at the Well

The Women's Ministry at City Church Downtown, exists to help women walk in freedom and extraordinary faith. The Timothies

Strong Foundation - First Wednesday, Monthly

This tribe is for all the small business owners that need someone to lean on. We know that owning your own business can get stressful and can be scary. This tribe will meet to have lunch, create community and pray for one another.

Boundaries Study

Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. This study going through the book written by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend offer biblically-based ideas on how to set healthy boundaries with our parents, spouses, children, friends, co-workers, and even ourselves.

A Beautiful Design Study

In this tribe, we will be studying through the series “A Beautiful Design” by Matt Chandler.  This study gives evidence that God’s plan for man and woman is the ultimate design and life lived within this beautiful and unchanging design leads to our greatest joy. This is also a good tribe to go to if you have gone through PTO and you’re looking for a good next step.

Walking With a Mission

Couples, singles, young and old are all invited to join us at the Mission San Juan walking trail. While on our two mile walk we will spend some time talking and praying.

Free parking is available in the two lots beside and east of the Cameo Theater and Spire chapel, with some additional street parking around St. Paul Square. There is a section of pay-to-park slots on Hoefgen. Please be aware of your parking area and adhere to posted parking signs.
